Tiny Tots Combination class – $150 per school term:

We have a specialized Tiny Tots program for ages 3 – 5 years.  In this class we do a combination of mainly Hip Hop and Disco Jazz to give our little dancers the basics of both these styles, but we incorporate other styles like Ballet, Lyrical etc as well.  More importantly we also do exercises and routines in the form of games, teaching them about rhythm, technique as well as body awareness without them even realizing it, and they gain self confidence during the process too.

Hip Hop – $150 per school term:

Hip Hop is a funky dance style which originates from the streets. Within Hip Hop there are up to 7 categories, which include Jerking, Krumping, Popping, Locking, Tutting, Breakdancing and Vogue, all combining to form the style we so enjoy to watch.  Ramay studio has it’s own unique set out syllabus of 14 levels for ages 6 years and up starting with basic techniques, following the natural development of the growing body, and gradually evolving into the advanced moves and techniques.

Disco Jazz Combination Class – $180 per school term:

This style comes from the original Disco Freestyle which started during the 70s disco era and evolved into a high energy high technique style of dancing.  At Ramay we have combined the Disco Freestyle with our own Jazz approach and created the Disco Jazz for ages 6 years and up.  Together with the Disco Jazz comes 3 other styles taught in class as students progress in their levels which are Slowdance (soft and slow), Rock & Roll and Hustle (both danced with a partner).

Lyrical – $150 per school term:

The Lyrical dance style is a fusion of Ballet and Jazz techniques.  The choreography is usually performed to music with lyrics to inspire movements to express strong emotions and because Lyrical dancing focuses on the expression of strong emotion, the style concentrates more on the individual approach and expressiveness than the precision of the dancer’s movements.

Acrobats – $150 per school term:

Acro dance is a style of dance that combines classical dance technique with precision acrobatic elements. It is defined by its athletic character, its unique choreography, which seamlessly blends dance and acrobatics, and its use of acrobatics in a dance context.
